Welcome to the March Etc by Danyale blog challenge! I know that I say this every month, the beginning of a new month always sneaks up on me. I am super excited for March, though. My husband and daughter both have birthdays, St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and spring will hopefully start to make an appearance around here.
In honor of this great month, we will be using the number 3 in deference to this 3rd month. This will be an instruction challenge, but I promise that I will make it easy on you. You will find the materials for all of my instructions in abundance in Danyale’s kits. Ready for some instructions?
- You need 3 –and only 3– patterned papers on your page (you can use as many solids as you would like)
- You need at least 3 different flowers
- You need at least 3 cards
And that’s it. If you look through Danyale store, you will find collections just perfect for this challenge! I decided to use one of my faves (shocking, I know), Cottage No 2.
For my page I didn’t even use a template, which just goes to show how easy Danyale makes this challenge for us. My three papers are my background, the top left rectangle and the middle bottom rectangle. The 3 cards are on the middle and right top and bottom right. And of course I used the beautiful flowers that make my heart so happy
So on to the rules…
Scrap a page using 3 and only 3 patterned papers, at least 3 flowers, and at least 3 cards. Use any combination of Etc by Danyale kits found in her stores.
Remember, if you scrap with a new release the first week within its release, you will get an extra entry point. For example, Danyale has a new kit that releases on the 1st, you purchase that kit and scrap a layout with it posting it by the 8th and now you get two entries instead of one.
Upload your layout and post it here for us to gush over by midnight EST on Thursday March 31, 2016.
One lucky winner will be chosen at random to receive a $10 coupon to Danyale’s store.
February’s winner was:
~ Congratulations! Please contact me via the contact form here on the site so I can send you a $10 gift certificate to use in store.
So get to work, I can’t wait to see what you create!
